this is 's 2 oc's angelkitty the blonde one and oci the blue haired one.
this is my entry 4 her contest.
it took 2 weeks while not 2 weeks straight but on and off.
i wrote down 2 things i thought each char was
4 angelkitty i wrote frilly and gothic if u see the ref pic you'll get it AND 4 OCI I WROTE flowy and blue.
so i designed the outfits off of those ideas and they ended up looking like rockstars.
the background has tons off tiny stars in white,pink, and blue.
